Shipping (Domestic)

With the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are following the recommendations of the CDC. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS first class shipping and have a tracking number. Orders are processed and out the door within 4 business days of when the order was placed. Transit time can take up to 10 days, depending on your distance. Prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on the quantity purchased and your location within the United States. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love our essential oils and extracts as much as we do! If for any reason you’re not completely happy with an item, please let us know and we will gladly exchange it or issue a store credit; refunds are not available. All you have to do is include a copy of the receipt/invoice/shipping package, please explain the reason for the exchange, and send us the item you wish to exchange. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, but we will send you a replacement for no additional shipping charge.

Before exchanging any items, please note: 

• Defective items must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your purchase.

• Items must be exchanged within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. 

• Items must be in their original condition. 

• Items that have been used, laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted.

• Please allow up to 15 business days to process an exchange.
